Officers
Applying to jobs
- Direct posts (from employers on this site): once you're a verified officer, open the job and choose Apply. Add an optional phone number, a resume (PDF or Word) and a short note.
- One-click apply: save a career profile with a default resume, then choose One-click apply on a direct post. You see a short confirm step with what will be shared (from your Privacy defaults, changeable right there) before anything is sent. To keep it safe, one-click apply is limited to a few applications per hour.
- Aggregated listings (gathered from other job sites): the Apply button takes you to the original listing.
Who sees your application: only the employer that owns that post. It sees your name (as you chose), optional phone, resume, note and that you're a verified officer, plus anything else you ticked. Your email address isn't shared unless you tick it: the employer contacts you through site messages instead. Nobody else can see it, and employers can't search for officers.
Every application also appears in your application tracker.
Withdrawing: open My officer account and choose Withdraw. Your contact details, resume and note are deleted from our site at once.
Applications are deleted automatically after a while; see the Privacy Policy.
