Application tracker

My officer account → Application tracker shows all your applications as a board (by stage) or a list.

  • Applications on this site show their live status from the employer's applicant tracking (Application sent, Under review, Interview stage, Background check, Offer, Hired, Not selected). You can't change that status, but you can add a follow-up date and notes.
  • Tracked externally: jobs you applied to on another site, including imported listings (use Track this job on a listing). Add the title, employer, link, dates and set the status yourself.

Follow-up reminders

Set a follow-up date and we email you a reminder on that day, once. The email names the job and links to your tracker. It never includes your notes. Clear or change the date to stop or move a reminder.

Private notes

Notes are stored encrypted and only you can see them. Employers, agencies and our admins' pages never show them.

The tracker holds up to 300 entries. It's deleted with your account, and a site application's tracker entry goes when that application is deleted.

Saving jobs with the heart

The heart on job cards and job pages saves a job to your tracker with the status Saved / interested. Tap it again to remove it. If you've already moved that entry on (for example to Applied), the heart just shows it's in your tracker and never deletes it. Saved jobs are private to you, like the rest of the tracker. If you can't see a job's full details yet (you're not verified), only its title, employer and location are saved, without the link.

You need an officer account to save jobs. When you're logged out, the heart takes you to the login page.
