Agency verification

Every agency is verified before its profile can be paid for or published. Verified profiles, and the agency's job posts, carry a ✔ Verified agency badge that shows how the agency was verified.

Government email: instant

If your account email is on a government domain (.gov, .mil, or state-style addresses like co.<county>.<st>.us and ci.<city>.<st>.us), we send a 6-digit code to that exact address. Enter it within 15 minutes and you're verified.

Other domains: document review

Using a .org, .com or another address? Upload an agency ID badge photo, an authorization letter on agency letterhead, or an appointment letter (PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 5 MB), plus a phone number for a quick confirmation call. Documents are private, seen only by our admins, and deleted after review.

If you change the account email or the agency name, the account goes back to verification, and the profile is hidden until it's verified again.
