Your career profile and one-click apply

Your career profile (My officer account → Career profile) holds the details you'd otherwise retype on every application. Only you can see it. Employers can't search or browse officer profiles.

One-click apply

On a job posted on this site, choose One-click apply. You get a short confirm page showing exactly what will be shared: your name format, agency, city/state, phone, qualifications, military service and email, preset from your Privacy settings. Change anything there, then choose Send application. Nothing is sent until you confirm.

  • Your saved resume is copied into the application. Replacing or deleting your saved resume later doesn't change applications you already sent.
  • One-click apply is limited to a few applications per hour, on top of the daily application limit.
  • Prefer to write a note or use a different resume? Use Apply with the full form.

Delete your saved resume any time on the career profile page. Everything here is deleted with your account.
