Skills and certification wallet

The skills & cert wallet lets you keep certifications and skills in one place (POST, FBINA, FTO, instructor, detective, K9, SWAT, polygraph, CJIS, CDL, EMS, bilingual, military, and more).

What you can save

  • Type (from the catalog, or “Other” with your own label)
  • Optional year obtained and expiry date
  • Optional issuer and notes — encrypted at rest and shown only to you

Sharing on Apply

When you apply to a direct employer post, you can tick share my qualifications & skills wallet. That sends labels plus year/expiry to that employer only, using the same privacy controls as your career-profile certifications. Issuer and notes are never included in the share pack.

Editing

Add or remove items anytime from the wallet page. Matching specialties (FTO, K9, SWAT, …) sync to your career profile when you save an item that maps to one.

Your answers stay private until you choose to share them on a specific application.
