How ranking works

Plain rules on our server: points for preferred-work overlap, skill overlap with each path, years of service, and small bonuses for travel, clearance (where it helps) and remote-friendly paths. No AI and no machine learning. Scores are guidance only, not a hiring decision. We don't use protected characteristics.

Privacy

Answers are saved on your private career profile (same place as certifications and specialties). Employers and agencies never see the quiz. Retake anytime. Delete your account to remove them with everything else.
