Resume translator

The Resume translator rewrites your law-enforcement experience in words private-sector hiring managers use. It's free for officers.

How it works

  1. Paste your experience lines (one per line), or tap Start from my profile to pull your years, specialties and certifications.
  2. Pick a target field: security / corporate, investigations, sales, insurance / SIU, management, or remote / operations.
  3. Review the suggestions, edit them, and fill in every [placeholder] such as [team size] or [number].

We never invent numbers. If a number isn't in what you typed, the translator leaves a bracketed placeholder for you to fill in. You can't save a draft as your resume until every placeholder is filled or removed, so employers never see brackets.

What you can do with the result

  • Copy it, or download it as Word (.docx) or PDF
  • Save it as a private draft (up to 50)
  • Make it your default resume for one-click apply (replaces your current saved resume; applications you already sent keep their own copy)

Privacy: drafts are encrypted and visible only to you. Delete any draft at any time. Drafts are included in Download my data and are deleted with your account.

The translator uses a curated phrase bank (no AI). If we ever add an AI option, it will be clearly labeled and off unless you choose it.
