Verified Employer and Verified Agency badges

A ✓ Verified Employer or ✓ Verified Agency badge means SecondWatch checked the organization's identity. It is not an ad and isn't for sale; it doesn't rate the job itself.

How organizations earn it (at Verified badge): - Agencies: an official agency email (.gov, .mil, .edu or an approved agency domain), or document review through agency verification. - Private employers: a confirmed login email at the same domain as the company website, a domain check, or an EIN / state business registration reviewed by an admin. Documents and numbers are encrypted, only reviewing admins can open them (logged), and documents are deleted after the decision. Unverified employers can still post under the normal rules; they just don't get a badge.

Where you see it. Job cards, job pages and company pages. In search, tick Verified employers only (in the app: the "Verified only" switch).

Losing the badge. An admin can revoke it at any time. If an organization's jobs collect several reports in a short time, the badge is put on hold automatically until an admin reviews them.
