Agency verification

Agencies get a Verified agency badge after we confirm the account really represents the agency.

Open Dashboard → Verification.
Government email (fastest): if your account email ends in an official domain (for example .gov, .mil or a state .us domain), we email a one-time code. Enter it and you're done. - Campus police (.edu): the email code works for .edu addresses too. Every student and staff member has a .edu address, though, so after the code our team quickly confirms it's the campus police or public safety department (usually within 1 business day). Your profile and posts go live once that's approved. - Organizations on .org (for example a lodge or union) use document review.
Otherwise: request a verification call or upload an authorization letter on agency letterhead (or similar). An admin reviews it. Documents are stored privately and deleted soon after approval.

While you wait you can build your agency profile. It shows as unverified until approval.
