Contacting support (and what not to send)

Open a support ticket. It works whether or not you're logged in. We'll suggest help articles first; if they don't solve it, send the ticket.

  • Logged in: follow your requests under My support requests. Replies are emailed too.
  • Not logged in: give your email. We email a link to confirm it and view your ticket. Keep that link private.

Statuses: Received, In progress, Waiting for your reply, Resolved, Closed. Replying to a resolved ticket reopens it.

Error pages show a Reference like E-7KQ2M9XA. Include it: it lets us find exactly what went wrong.

We attach automatically: your account type and number, the page you came from (without link codes), your browser type and references of recent errors. Never your documents, resume, password or sign-in codes.

Never send: passwords, 2FA or recovery codes, ID cards, badge photos or other documents. Screenshots of the problem screen are fine; crop out personal details.
