Confirming your email address

After you sign up we email you a link. Opening it and pressing Confirm proves the address is yours. Until you confirm, you can't verify as an officer, publish posts or receive support replies by email.

The email didn't arrive?

  1. Wait a few minutes and check your spam or junk folder. Search for the site name.
  2. Log in: the dashboard shows a Resend the link button. Each new link replaces the old one.
  3. Links expire after 48 hours. If yours expired, resend it.
  4. Work email filters (common at agencies) sometimes hold messages from new senders. Ask your IT team to allow our address, or use a different email under Account.

Still stuck? Contact support with the category Account or login. Tell us roughly when you signed up. Don't send your password.
