Coaching: private sessions with an LE-experienced life coach

Coaching is for verified officers, detention and corrections officers included. You book a 1-hour session with a life coach who has law enforcement experience. Recruit, employer and agency accounts can't use it.

Coaching is not therapy, medical or crisis care. In a crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call COPLINE at 1-800-267-5463, or call 911.

  1. Open Coaching in the menu. You need two-step login turned on.
  2. Enter your password to unlock your private sessions and messages. Coaching locks again after 30 minutes of inactivity, or straight away when you press Lock or Quick exit.
  3. Choose a coach and pick a time. Times are shown in your time zone, and you can book from tomorrow up to 7 days ahead. Add the name your coach should see, then pay. The price is shown on the booking page.
  4. Need to talk today? If your coach has open time today, starting at least 90 minutes from now, choose Request a same-day session: - Your card is authorized, not charged, and the time is held for you. - Your coach has up to 60 minutes to accept, and must accept at least 15 minutes before the start. You're charged only if they accept. - If they decline or don't reply in time, the hold on your card is released and nothing is charged. You can also withdraw the request before they reply.
  5. Message your coach any time before or after the session. Messages aren't monitored in real time.
  6. At session time a Join Teams call button appears, starting 10 minutes before the start. You can also download a calendar file; the entry just says "SecondWatch appointment".

Cancel or move: - Full refund if you cancel 24 or more hours before the session, or within 15 minutes of booking (a change-of-mind window, as long as the session hasn't started). Otherwise no refund. - You can move a session once, up to 24 hours before it starts. Same-day sessions can't be moved. If your coach cancels, you get a full refund. See the policy (DRAFT).
