Agencies: listing jobs in New Recruits

New Recruits is for verified agencies with an active Agency Basic or Agency Plus plan (paid by card, or by invoice/PO in good standing). Companies can't list here. Your entry-level postings in the main job search stay free; listing them in New Recruits is the plan feature. Without a plan, the New Recruits tab shows an upgrade link to Billing.

If your plan lapses: after the usual grace period your New Recruits listings are hidden, but not deleted. They come back automatically when you renew. Applications you already received stay on your tab.

1. Create a job post with posting type Entry-level / recruit.
2. Open Dashboard → New Recruits (/employer/recruits), open the post and tick List in New Recruits.
3. If you like, add requirements, academy details, your hiring steps and an FAQ. All of it is optional, and nothing is filled in for you.

The listing appears publicly while the post is live and your agency is verified. Recruit applicants show up on the same page, and you can download a resume when one is attached.

Fair hiring. The same guardrails as your job posts apply: no arrest or conviction questions, and no questions about protected traits. Describe your legal minimum standards instead (for example, "must pass a background investigation"). Applications are deleted after the standard retention period, or right away if the recruit withdraws.
