Post upgrades: Featured, Urgently hiring, Refresh and email blasts
Open a post on your dashboard and choose Upgrades. Only the account owner can buy them. Prices are shown on the page.
| Upgrade | What it does |

| Featured | Shows the post at the top of search results for a number of days, labeled ★ Featured and Sponsored. Buying again adds more days. |
| Urgently hiring | Adds an Urgently hiring badge for a number of days. |
| Refresh | Moves the post back to the top of “newest” and extends how long it runs. Live posts only. |
| Email blast | Sends one email, marked [Sponsored], to verified officers who turned on sponsored job emails and whose job alerts or officer-search profile match the job. One per post. |
Rules that never change
- Upgrades never skip our approval or the equal-opportunity checks. If a post is waiting for approval (or its wording is being reviewed) when you pay, the upgrade starts when it's approved and live.
- Paid placement is always labeled Sponsored/Featured.
- Email blasts go only to officers who opted in. Each officer gets at most one sponsored email a week, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. You never learn who received it. You'll see applicants only if officers apply.
In this prototype checkout runs in demo mode or Stripe test mode, so no real money moves.
