The Offer comparison tool puts 2 or 3 offers side by side.
What you can enter for each offer
Base pay, expected overtime hours, overtime multiplier, shift differential, employer retirement/pension contribution, your health premium, take-home car (your own value for it), uniform/equipment allowance, education incentive, signing or lateral bonus, step-plan raise and years, schedule, commute miles with your own cost per mile, and an optional cost-of-living index with its source.
What you get
- An estimated annual value and a year-1 value (with any one-time bonus) for each offer
- Every line shows how it was calculated, and differences between offers are highlighted
- Step-plan projections and the assumptions used (for example, hourly rate = base ÷ 2,080 hours)
Only your numbers are used. Blank fields count as nothing. We don't fill in cost-of-living or mileage figures for you. If you use an index, name its source.
