Job analytics: views, applies and where applicants come from
Analytics shows each of your jobs for the date range you pick (up to a year).
| Number | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Views | Times the job page was opened. |
| Unique visitors | Different visitors per day (see below). |
| Apply starts / applies | Officers who opened the Apply form vs. applications actually sent. |
| Cost per applicant | What you paid for the post and its upgrades, divided by its applications. |
| Source | Where views and applies came from: search results, job alerts, invites to apply, email blast, your company page, or direct/other. |
| Time to fill | Days from when the post was paid (or published) to the first applicant you moved to Hired. |
| Pipeline | How many current applicants are at each stage. |
How we count, privately
We use no third-party trackers or analytics cookies. We store only daily totals. Unique visitors are counted in memory with a random key that changes every day and is never saved, so visitors can't be tracked across days and no visitor identifier or IP address is written down for analytics. Your own team, our admins and obvious bots aren't counted.
CSV export
Download CSV contains the same totals per job and source: aggregates only, never names, emails or other applicant data.
